realme C100x Launches in Malaysia with 8,000mAh Battery and Rugged Design

realme has officially introduced the realme C100x in Malaysia, adding a new model to its C-series lineup with a focus on long battery life, durability and smooth everyday performance.

The smartphone packs a huge 8,000mAh Titan Battery paired with 45W Fast Charge. realme says five minutes of charging can provide up to four hours of call time, while 6W Reverse Charge allows the phone to power compatible devices and accessories.

Despite its large battery, the C100x measures just 8.78mm thick. Its battery is rated for up to 1,600 charging cycles and is designed to deliver reliable performance for up to seven years, with AI battery protection helping to reduce long-term degradation.

Built for Everyday Durability

The C100x features realme’s ArmorShell™ Protection, combining reinforced corners, shock-absorbing protection and a high-strength glass cover.

It has passed MIL-STD 810H shock resistance testing, including front-drop tests from up to two metres, and carries an IP64 rating for protection against dust and water splashes.

Other practical features include Wet Hand Touch 2.0, which helps maintain touchscreen responsiveness with wet hands, and an intelligent speaker-cleaning system that uses sound waves to remove dust and water from the speaker grille.

Smooth Performance and 120Hz Display

For everyday performance, the C100x comes with a 48-Month Smooth Performance Certification, up to 256GB of storage and support for up to 24GB Dynamic RAM.

The phone also features a 120Hz Ultra Smooth display with up to 900 nits peak brightness, providing smoother scrolling and improved outdoor visibility.

Connectivity is supported by AI Netpilot, while the 300% UltraBoom Speaker is designed to deliver louder audio. The device runs realme UI based on Android 16 and includes features such as Mini Capsule and AI Outdoor Mode.

Price and Availability

The realme C100x will be available in Malaysia from 28 August 2026 through official realme Brand Stores, authorised dealers, Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop.

The official Malaysian price has yet to be revealed, with realme set to announce a special launch price closer to the sales date.

With its massive battery, rugged construction and smooth 120Hz display, the realme C100x is shaping up to be a practical option for users looking for a durable everyday smartphone without moving into a higher price range.
