Sony Launches WH-1000XM4C, WH-CH730N and WH-CH530 in Malaysia

Sony has expanded its wireless headphone lineup in Malaysia with three new models: the premium WH-1000XM4C, mid-range WH-CH730N and entry-level WH-CH530, offering options for travel, work, entertainment and everyday listening.

The WH-1000XM4C builds on the popular WH-1000XM4, featuring Sony’s 1000X Series noise cancellation, premium audio and updated sound tuning. It also includes a 10-band equaliser and comes in Black, Platinum Silver and Lavender. The lightweight over-ear design is foldable, making it suitable for commuters and frequent travellers.

Priced at RM1,399, the WH-1000XM4C is available at an early-bird price of RM1,099, with an additional RM50 Touch ‘n Go reward until 9 November 2026.

The WH-CH730N has also received a design update, with a new foldable build, improved call quality and longer battery life. It features Dual Noise Sensor technology for noise cancellation, up to 50 hours of playback with noise cancelling enabled, and quick charging that provides around one hour of playback from three minutes of charging.

The WH-CH730N is available in Black, White, Pink, Beige and Blue, with an RRP of RM649 and an introductory price of RM599.

For more affordable wireless listening, the WH-CH530 offers a lightweight on-ear design, up to 55 hours of battery life and AI-powered noise reduction for clearer calls. It also supports customisable EQ settings, Multipoint connectivity, Fast Pair, Swift Pair and LE Audio.

The WH-CH530 comes in six colours – Black, Cobalt, White, Pink, Coral and Mint. It is priced at RM239, with an introductory price of RM229.

With the three new models, Sony is expanding its headphone range across different price points, giving consumers more choices depending on their listening needs and budget.
