ASUS ROG Celebrates 20 Years of Gaming at Gamescom 2026

ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) is celebrating its 20th anniversary at Gamescom 2026 in Cologne, Germany, with a showcase featuring new gaming hardware, special-edition products, fan activities and playable game demos.

Celebrating 20 Years of ROG

The anniversary takes centre stage with the ROG Edition 20 lineup, including the ROG XBOX Ally X20 bundle and ROG G1000 Edition 20 desktop PC.

The special-edition collection also includes the ROG SLASH Hard-Case Luggage Edition 20, ROG SLASH Backpack Edition 20, ROG SAGA OMNI Edition 20 Action Figure and the ROG SAGA: In Search of Lapuntu Edition 20 board game.

Visitors can also get a closer look at the latest ROG Zephyrus Duo and other upcoming gaming hardware.

Special Guests and Fan Activities

ROG will host a range of activities throughout Gamescom, including gaming competitions, giveaways, performances and community events.

International DJ Alan Walker will make a special appearance at the ROG booth on 26 August, while Ned Luke, known for his role in Grand Theft Auto V, will appear on 26 and 27 August, including a meet-and-greet session.

Fans can also meet OMNI, the ROG mascot, while Team Vitality will headline a gaming competition that will be livestreamed for fans.

ROG is also partnering with SpecialEffect on a special charity bundle supporting gamers with disabilities.

Gamescom visitors will have the opportunity to experience upcoming titles on ROG hardware, including the ROG XBOX Ally X20 and ROG Zephyrus Duo.

Playable titles include Minecraft Dungeons II, PRAGMATA, Resident Evil Requiem, Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection, Ascend to Zero, TANUKI: Pon’s Summer and Cosmo Tales. Visitors who try Cosmo Tales at the booth can also receive an exclusive ROG in-game skin.

ROG will be located at Booth B040, Hall 8 (North Entrance), Koelnmesse, Cologne, throughout Gamescom 2026 from 26 to 30 August.

The anniversary showcase gives ROG fans an opportunity to celebrate two decades of gaming innovation while getting an early look at the brand’s latest hardware, special-edition products and upcoming gaming experiences.
