Ninja Van Malaysia Expands Cross-Border Network with 44 New International Delivery Lanes
New lanes slash costs by over 50%, empowering Malaysian SMEs to expand globally with ease.
Ninja Van Malaysia announced the launch of 44 new international delivery lanes, connecting local businesses to key markets across Asia Pacific, North America, Latin America, the Middle East, and Europe. Together with existing routes to Singapore and the Philippines, Ninja Van now serves 46 international destinations, positioning its network as one of the most accessible and cost-effective cross-border logistics solutions for Malaysian brands.
The expansion marks a major milestone in Malaysia’s cross-border trade capabilities, offering shipping rates over 50% lower than traditional options. With delivery times between 7 to 12 days and rates starting from just RM30, the service addresses long-standing barriers such as high costs, complex customs processes, and limited infrastructure, opening the door for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to scale globally with confidence.

“The world is no longer out of reach for Malaysian brands. With the launch of these 44 new international lanes, we are offering a practical and cost-effective way for local businesses to enter new markets, build a global customer base, and grow confidently,” said Jeremy Hong, Regional Vice President of Ninja Van Cross-Border. “Our goal is simple: eliminate friction from cross-border logistics so businesses can focus on creating, innovating, and scaling without limits.”
Addressing Global Growth Challenges for SMEs
Malaysia’s e-commerce market is projected to grow at an annual rate of 14%, reaching RM36.2 billion (US$8.6 billion) by 2027. Between 2016 and 2023 alone, more than 1.51 million local businesses entered the digital economy — highlighting strong entrepreneurial momentum. However, high logistics costs and administrative hurdles continue to limit global expansion opportunities.
Ninja Van’s new service bridges this gap by providing:
- Seamless integration: Manage domestic and international deliveries in one dashboard.
- Fast order processing: Create or bulk-upload orders within minutes.
- Documentation assistance: Automated airway bills and customs documentation.
- Door-to-door delivery: From seller’s location directly to global customers.
- Full transparency: Real-time tracking across every stage of the journey.

Lin Zheng, CEO of Ninja Van Malaysia, added: “This expansion is not just about adding routes. It’s about creating equal opportunities for Malaysian businesses of all sizes to compete internationally.”
Driving Malaysia’s Global Competitiveness

The launch event was officiated by Yang Berusaha Tuan See Chee Kong, Senior Director of Services Sector Development at MITI, and Tuan Syed Zahirulddin bin Syed Ali, Senior Manager of Export Promotion and Market Access Division at MATRADE, underscoring the government’s commitment to strengthening Malaysia’s global trade footprint.
With these new cross-border lanes, Ninja Van Malaysia reaffirms its role as a strategic partner for local businesses ready to take their products to the world stage.
