realme 16 5G Launches in Malaysia with Slim Air Design and Massive 7,000mAh Battery
realme has officially launched the realme 16 5G in Malaysia, introducing a new design direction that combines a slim profile with long-lasting battery performance.
Positioned as the hero device of the realme 16 Series, the smartphone features a large 7,000mAh Titan Battery while maintaining a lightweight 183g body and a slim 8.1mm design, making it one of the lightest smartphones in its class with this battery capacity.
Built around realme’s new Air Design concept, the device focuses on delivering better comfort, portability, and premium styling for everyday users. It also introduces a horizontal rear camera layout for improved balance and ergonomics, alongside a unique rear Selfie Mirror that helps users frame selfies using the main camera.
The phone is available in two finishes: Air White, featuring the new Aurora Wings Design with a dynamic layered texture effect, and Air Black for a more minimal and refined appearance.
realme says the device achieves its slim form through an advanced internal structure and high energy-density battery technology, allowing users to enjoy extended battery life without increasing overall thickness.

The realme 16 5G is priced at RM1,599 in Malaysia.
