Samsung Electronics has officially introduced its latest T7 and T9 microSD Cards, further strengthening its removable storage portfolio with enhanced performance, versatility, and a refreshed branding approach designed to simplify product selection for consumers.
The new lineup reflects Samsung’s continued commitment to delivering reliable and high-performance storage solutions, while introducing a more intuitive naming structure. The updated “T” series represents “Trustworthiness,” helping users easily identify products that match their storage and performance needs.
The T7 microSD Card is tailored for everyday users, including casual gamers and content creators who require dependable storage expansion. Offering capacities of up to 1TB and read speeds of up to 170MB/s, it delivers a practical solution for storing photos, videos, and applications across devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, and handheld gaming consoles.

For more demanding users, the T9 microSD Card is engineered to handle performance-intensive workloads. With read speeds reaching up to 200MB/s and enhanced durability through six-proof protection, it is ideal for professional creators and gaming enthusiasts working with large files on devices like drones, action cameras, and high-performance mobile devices.
Alongside these new additions, Samsung is transitioning from its previous microSD lineup—such as EVO Plus and PRO series—into a unified portfolio that improves clarity and consistency across its storage offerings. This strategic shift aims to provide a more seamless user experience when choosing the right storage solution.
The T7 microSD Card is available in 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB variants, while the T9 microSD Card comes in 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB options. Pricing starts from RM209 for the T7 series and RM263 for the T9 series.
As part of the ongoing 5.5 promotional campaign, customers who purchase a T9 microSD Card will also receive a complimentary exclusive Juno Blindbox collectible, available while stocks last.
With this launch, Samsung continues to reinforce its position in the storage market by offering solutions that cater to a wide spectrum of users—from everyday consumers to professionals seeking speed, reliability, and scalability in their digital storage needs.
