boAt has officially entered the Malaysian market, marking a key milestone in its Southeast Asia expansion strategy. The move is part of the brand’s broader ambition to strengthen its global footprint and tap into fast-growing, digital-first markets.
To support this expansion, boAt is partnering with Opptra, a new venture founded by Binny Bansal. The collaboration aims to accelerate growth in Malaysia by leveraging strong e-commerce channels and a digital-first retail approach.
Malaysia presents an attractive opportunity for boAt, thanks to its rapidly growing digital economy and tech-savvy consumer base. With the rise of mobile content consumption, streaming, and hybrid lifestyles, demand for personal audio devices continues to increase—positioning boAt to meet the needs of modern users seeking value-driven and high-quality products.

As part of its launch, boAt is introducing a range of audio products and accessories, including true wireless earbuds, headphones, and power banks. Highlights from the lineup include the premium Nirvana series, featuring products such as the Nirvana IVY Pro, Nirvana Ion Wireless, and EnergyShroom PB400.

The Nirvana IVY Pro stands out with advanced features like Dolby Atmos-powered spatial audio, head tracking, and adaptive hybrid active noise cancellation for an immersive listening experience. Meanwhile, the Nirvana Ion Wireless is designed for extended usage, offering up to 120 hours of battery life. Complementing the lineup, the EnergyShroom PB400 power bank supports fast charging and multi-device connectivity for added convenience.
boAt’s products are now available via leading platforms such as Shopee, with plans to expand availability to Lazada and TikTok Shop soon, ensuring easy access for Malaysian consumers.
With its “Create Waves” philosophy, boAt aims to deliver products that combine strong performance, stylish design, and affordability. The company’s entry into Malaysia builds on its growing presence across regions like the GCC and South Asia, reinforcing its position as a rising global player in the consumer electronics space.
