Acer Malaysia has expanded its home appliance lineup with the launch of the Acerpure CHEF KV1 Smart Steam Oven, a compact kitchen appliance designed to address the common issue of food becoming dry when cooked or reheated.
Designed for modern urban homes, the 10-litre smart steam oven combines steam and baking technology to deliver dishes with crispy exteriors and moist interiors, making it suitable for preparing bread, pastries and reheated meals.

At the core of the Acerpure CHEF KV1 is a 5cc precision steam injection system paired with dual quartz heating, allowing users to achieve balanced heat distribution for evenly cooked meals. This setup helps retain moisture while delivering a golden-brown finish, whether roasting chicken wings or baking pastries.
The oven also integrates NTC electronic temperature control for stable and precise heat management. With temperatures adjustable between 100°C and 230°C, the appliance supports both quick reheating and longer cooking sessions.
To simplify meal preparation, the smart oven includes nine preset cooking modes, enabling users to prepare dishes such as pizza or baked chicken wings at the touch of a button. A dedicated Caramelize mode activates the top heating element to create a nicely browned surface for dishes like gratin, cheese toast and desserts while keeping the inside tender.

The oven features an intuitive LED touch control panel, allowing users to easily adjust cooking modes, temperature and timer settings. Key components including the boiler lid, boiler and grill rack are built with premium 304 stainless steel, improving durability and hygiene.
