Samsung is expanding its personalized health tools with new features accessible via the Samsung Health app. The Galaxy Watch8 series includes:
- Bedtime Guidance, which analyzes circadian rhythm to suggest optimal sleep schedules.
- Vascular Load monitoring to assess stress on the cardiovascular system during rest.
- Antioxidant Index, a first for smartwatches, allowing users to measure carotenoid levels in just five seconds for healthier lifestyle decisions.
