HONOR Malaysia has officially revealed its much-anticipated flagship, the HONOR Magic V2, in a New Year celebration event at Traders Hotel. The announcement, led by HONOR Malaysia Country Director Justin Li, showcased the innovative lightweight design of the HONOR Magic V2. During the event, Justin demonstrated the phone’s remarkable weightlessness by placing it on a normal A4 paper in an aquarium filled with water, where the phone floated instead of sinking due to its mere 231-gram weight.
The HONOR Magic V2 stands out as the world’s thinnest and lightest inward foldable phone, with an ultra-slim body measuring 9.9mm when folded and an astonishing 4.7mm when unfolded. This groundbreaking design was further highlighted when media representatives had the opportunity to experience floating the phone on water. Additionally, HONOR showcased the phone’s lightweight nature by tying two of the foldable phones to helium balloons, making them float in the air.
