Hisense has officially confirmed its third consecutive sponsorship of the FIFA World Cup™, continuing a partnership that began in 2018. The announcement, made at IFA 2025, underscores Hisense’s commitment to delivering innovative technology that enhances how fans experience the world’s biggest sporting event.
Since its debut as a FIFA partner in 2018, Hisense has steadily deepened its role in global football. From brand visibility at the 2018 FIFA World Cup™, content collaborations via FIFA+ in 2022, and technology integration into VAR operations at the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™, the brand now enters a new milestone as an Official Sponsor of the FIFA World Cup 2026™.

“Every unforgettable moment begins with the right experience. At Hisense, we want to ensure fans can immerse themselves in those moments fully,” said Catherine Fang, VP of Hisense Group. “Guided by our core principles — technology-driven, user-oriented, smart service, and cultural values — we continue to push display boundaries with innovations such as HDR, Laser TV, and our latest RGB-MiniLED technology.”
At IFA 2025, Hisense showcased the next evolution of its RGB-MiniLED TVs, first introduced at CES with a 116-inch model. The latest upgrade delivers purer colors, higher contrast, and brightness levels surpassing QD-OLED, reaffirming Hisense’s leadership in premium display technology.
Romy Gai, FIFA’s Chief Business Officer, added:
“We’re excited to partner with Hisense to bring the best display technology to billions of fans. Together, we’ll deliver an unprecedented viewing experience for the FIFA World Cup 2026™.”
With the 2026 World Cup set to be the first hosted across three nations with 48 teams, Hisense is committed to transforming living rooms worldwide into immersive front-row experiences — ensuring fans everywhere can “own the moment” like never before.
