Samsung Galaxy Tab S12 Series Arrives in Malaysia with Student Discounts of Up to 20%

Samsung has officially launched the Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra and Galaxy Tab S12+ in Malaysia, offering students and educators discounts of up to 20%, along with bundled accessories and software benefits.

Designed for study, productivity and creative work, the Galaxy Tab S12 Series combines a large display with a 3nm processor, multitasking features and built-in AI capabilities. The tablets also support AI services including Gemini and Perplexity, alongside Samsung’s Galaxy AI features.

Students will also receive a complimentary S Pen and Book Cover Keyboard Slim, allowing them to take handwritten notes, type assignments, prepare presentations and switch between different tasks without purchasing additional accessories.

The included keyboard features a dedicated AI Key, providing quick access to Gemini, Perplexity or Bixby. AI features can also work across Samsung’s ecosystem, including actions such as saving information directly to Samsung Notes.

Samsung is also offering several software benefits for students and users. The Galaxy Tab S12 Series includes six months of Google AI Pro, six months of Notability and four months of Adobe Photoshop, providing additional tools for research, note-taking, creative projects and content creation.

Beyond the classroom, Second Screen allows the tablet to be used as a portable secondary display with a compatible Windows laptop. Galaxy smartphone connectivity also enables a more seamless multi-device experience, while compatible apps such as Notability can transcribe recorded lectures for easier review.

Student Offers from 7 October

From 7 October 2026, students and educators with a valid education email address can enjoy at least 20% off selected Galaxy Tab devices, with savings of up to RM1,329.80 on the Galaxy Tab S12 Series.

To access the student promotion, users need to register for a Samsung Account, verify their valid edu.my education email address and shop through Samsung.com, the Samsung Shop app or selected Samsung Experience Stores.

Malaysia Pricing and Launch Promotion

For other customers, the Galaxy Tab S12 Series is available in Silver and Gray, with promotional pricing from 7 October to 8 November 2026.

The Galaxy Tab S12 Ultra 256GB Wi-Fi is priced at RM5,999, with a promotional price of RM5,499, while the Galaxy Tab S12+ starts at RM4,999, reduced to RM4,599.

The 5G models are priced at RM6,649 for the Tab S12 Ultra 256GB and RM5,649 for the Tab S12+, with promotional prices of RM6,149 and RM5,249 respectively.

Selected purchases also include pre-loaded applications such as Gemini, Adobe Photoshop, Notability and iQIYI, valued at up to RM1,123.58, together with a Book Cover Keyboard and S Pen worth up to RM1,208.

Customers can also receive an instant rebate of up to RM500 when paying with eligible debit or credit cards or Shopee SPayLater at participating stores.

For eligible bank cards, the Galaxy Tab S12 Series can also be purchased from RM127.75 per month based on a 36-month, 0% interest instalment plan.
