- LG unveils exciting new home appliances at HOMEDEC 2022, from 13 to 16 May 2022 for Malaysians to own
LG Electronics Malaysia (LG), a global leading home appliance manufacturer, will present its new home appliance lineup at the Home Design & Interior Exhibition (HOMEDEC) this year. The All-New LG’s 2022 QNED TVs
With the revolutionary fusion of Mini LEDs with Quantum Dot and NanoCell technologies, the new LG QNED Mini LED heralds the dawn of a new era for LCD TVs, delivering an innovative, industry-leading display that offers an improved viewing experience with incredibly high-quality picture and more vibrant colours.
A new era for colour dawns
The LG QNED Mini LED, which has been independently certified by Intertek, has a 100% colour volume and accurately captures and delivers a rich colour that covers the TV’s entire luminance range, ensuring a vibrant viewing experience with vivid and lifelike colours no matter how bright or dark the display is.
The LG QNED Mini LED offers 100% colour consistency with a viewing angle of approximately 30 degrees, thanks to the TV’s innovative display technology. Even when seen from broad angles, it provides an exceptional viewing experience with rich and unique colours.
Real 8K Ultra large screen for cinematic experience
With an 86-inch Ultra large screen paired with a Real 8K display for a crisper and higher display quality, LG’s QNED TVs portfolio gives an even more breathtaking image.
The beauty of LG QNED Mini LED TVs is enhanced by an 8K AI processor to upscale non-native 8K video with an 8K tune-up for greater display quality and detail, with around 30,000 Mini LEDs and LG’s signature colour reproduction technology.
First In with Dolby Vision IQ
Pioneering in the TV’s technology, the newly launched LG QNED Mini LED TVs prides as the first TVs to adopt Dolby Vision IQ with Precision Detail. The LG QNED Mini LED TVs benefit from the synergy of Dolby’s technology, which results in an imaging display with more texture and details in clear and clean images. With the Dolby Atmos® sound system, the speaker sound system is further enhanced and improved to produce a more dynamic and immersive sound.
LG InstaView Door-in-Door™ Refrigerators
LG announces two (2) new refined models of the LG InstaView Door-in-Door™ Refrigerators, which feature LG’s proprietary UVnano technology and LG ThinQ technology, making them better and smarter home appliances to own.
Unconventional InstaView Door-in-Door™ display with energy saving technology
The signature sleek mirrored glass panel offers easy access to the refrigerator’s compartment without having to open the door with only two rapid knocks. The refrigerator’s core, which is equipped with LG’s Inverter LINEARCooling Compressor, could save up to 32% on energy while also providing top-notch durability and temperature control.
Temperature fluctuation is further minimised with the LG InstaView Door-in-Door Refrigerators’ technical improvements, as is cold air loss, which helps to keep and maintain the appearance and freshness of foods for longer.
Incorporation of LG UVnano™ technology
The UVnano technology, which cleans the interior of the water nozzle automatically for 10 minutes every hour or can be enabled manually, has been refined and updated in the new LG InstaView Door-in-Door™ Refrigerators.

The latest model of LG InstaView Door-in-Door Refrigerators has been awarded the CES 2021 Innovation Awards Best of Innovation as part of LG’s ongoing commitment to provide consumers with innovative products. All LG home entertainment and appliances may be easily controlled, managed, and diagnosed using the LG ThinQ application on a smartphone.
