Dyson unveiled its first high-fidelity, audio-only headphones: the Dyson OnTrac™. These headphones are designed to offer best-in-class noise cancellation, delivering up to 55 hours of immersive listening on a single charge. With over 2,000 customizable color combinations for outer caps and ear cushions, the Dyson OnTrac™ headphones ensure superior comfort and an acoustic seal through ultra-soft microfiber and high-grade foam.
Unmatched Noise Cancellation
The Dyson OnTrac™ headphones feature a custom Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) algorithm that uses 8 microphones to sample external sound 384,000 times per second. This technology, combined with superior materials and carefully designed internal geometry, cancels up to 40dB of unwanted noise, creating an optimal listening environment.
Superior Sound Quality
Equipped with 40mm, 16-ohm neodymium speaker drivers and advanced audio signal processing, the Dyson OnTrac™ headphones deliver precise audio reproduction across a wide frequency range of 6Hz to 21kHz. This allows for deep sub-bass and clear highs, ensuring every note is heard with clarity. The speaker housing is tilted 13˚ towards the ear for a more direct audio response.
Extended Battery Life
With up to 55 hours of battery life, the Dyson OnTrac™ headphones offer two weeks of listening even with ANC enabled. The headphones feature two high-capacity lithium-ion battery cells suspended in the headband for even weight distribution, ensuring comfort during long listening sessions. Switching between ANC on and off is as simple as double-tapping either ear cup.
All-Day Comfort and Customization
The Dyson OnTrac™ headphones are designed for all-day comfort and superior acoustics. Certified comfortable by US Ergonomics, they feature high-grade foam cushions and multi-pivot gimbal arms to relieve ear pressure. The battery positioning in the headband ensures balanced weight distribution, while soft micro-suede ear cushions and optimized clamp force provide a consistent fit across diverse head sizes. Users can choose from four colorways: CNC Aluminium, CNC Copper, Ceramic Cinnabar, and CNC Black Nickel, with customizable outer caps and ear cushions available in various colors and finishes.
MyDyson™ App Integration
The MyDyson™ app enhances the headphone experience by providing real-time sound tracking, monitoring in-ear and external volume, and alerting users to potentially harmful levels. The app also allows users to choose between three custom EQ modes: Bass Boost, Neutral, and Enhanced. Additional features include capacitive sensors for Head Detect, an intuitive joystick for easy control, and dual beam-forming microphones for crystal-clear calls.
