Samsung Brings Micro RGB to Global Landmarks With New Outdoor Billboard Campaign

Samsung Electronics has officially launched a new global outdoor billboard campaign to showcase its latest Micro RGB display technology, bringing its next-generation AI-powered viewing experience to audiences at some of the world’s most recognisable locations.

The campaign will appear across major global destinations including Times Square, Piccadilly Circus, and the Entertainment Building, alongside placements in Korea. The showcase is scheduled to run through the end of 2026.

At the centre of the campaign is Samsung’s new Micro RGB technology, highlighting the capabilities of the Micro RGB AI Engine Pro. The campaign demonstrates how advanced AI processing and precise RGB backlight control work together to produce richer colours, improved contrast, and more vivid image reproduction.

To bring the technology to life visually, Samsung collaborated with internationally recognised choreographer Sergio Reis to create a large-scale hip-hop performance featured in the campaign film. The performance is designed to reflect the dynamic precision and colour expression enabled by Micro RGB technology.

Samsung also uses the campaign to spotlight several AI-powered entertainment features, including:

  • AI Soccer Mode – allowing viewers to reduce commentator audio for a more immersive match experience.
  • Vision AI Companion – delivering real-time player and team statistics during sports viewing.

With this latest initiative, Samsung continues to position Micro RGB as a premium TV category focused on combining advanced display hardware with AI-enhanced viewing experiences.
