DJI Osmo 360 II Brings 8K 360° Imaging to Malaysia
DJI has officially launched the DJI Osmo 360 II in Malaysia, introducing a next-generation 360° camera designed for creators who want to capture action, travel and everyday moments from every angle.
Weighing just 183g, the Osmo 360 II combines a 1-inch square HDR sensor with 8K/60fps 360° video, improved low-light performance and a range of creative shooting modes. It also comes with 105GB of built-in storage and ultra-hard replaceable lenses, making it a practical option for creators who shoot on the move.
1-Inch 8K HDR Imaging
The Osmo 360 II features an advanced 1-inch square HDR image sensor, delivering up to 14.5 stops of dynamic range for improved detail in both bright and dark areas. Its large 2.4μm pixels and upgraded processing support 8K/60fps 360° video for smoother, sharper action footage.
For low-light shooting, AI SuperNight 2.0 uses an AI noise-reduction algorithm to produce brighter and cleaner footage in challenging lighting conditions.
The camera also supports 120MP HDR 360° photos, 16K 360° timelapse, 8K/120fps Vortex and up to 64x panoramic slow motion through AI frame interpolation. All video formats support 10-bit colour and the D-Log M colour profile.
Designed for Action and Adventure
DJI has equipped the Osmo 360 II with features aimed at different types of creators. Motorcyclists can use Gesture and Voice Control to start recording without taking their hands off the handlebars, while divers can use the camera underwater to depths of 10 metres without additional accessories.
The camera can also operate in temperatures as low as -20°C, making it suitable for skiing and other cold-weather activities. For cycling and mountain biking, stabilisation helps smooth out rough footage, while the Sports Dashboard can add ride data to videos.
For vloggers, the Invisible Selfie Stick and Dual Recording features offer more flexibility when capturing both the creator and their surroundings.
Easier Editing and Connectivity
The Osmo 360 II introduces Spotlight Follow, which keeps a selected subject centred even as the camera rotates, reducing the need for manual reframing during editing.
A new NFC connection area also makes it easier to connect the camera to the DJI Mimo app with a single tap, allowing users to transfer footage and access editing tools more quickly.
Professional users can also import 360° footage exported from DJI Studio directly into DaVinci Resolve through the dedicated plugin.
Built for Longer Shoots
With 105GB of built-in storage, the Osmo 360 II provides additional space for recording without immediately relying on a memory card. Its battery supports up to 100 minutes of continuous 8K/30fps recording, while fast charging can bring the battery to 80% in around 22 minutes.
The optional Battery Extension Rod can add up to 180 minutes of additional runtime.
The camera also features a four-microphone system with wind-noise reduction and supports DJI OsmoAudio for direct wireless microphone connections with compatible DJI microphone products.
Price and Availability in Malaysia
The DJI Osmo 360 II will be available in Malaysia in three configurations:
- Osmo 360 II Standard Combo – RM2,189
- Osmo 360 II Adventure Combo – RM2,629
- Osmo 360 II Limitless Riding Combo – RM2,299
The specific Malaysian availability date will be announced later in September 2026.
DJI is also offering a free DJI Care Refresh 1-Year Plan for eligible Osmo 360 II purchases activated between 2 and 30 September 2026. The protection plan covers accidental damage such as water damage and collisions, subject to its terms and conditions.
The DJI Osmo 360 II will also make its offline debut at IFA 2026 in Berlin from 4 to 8 September, at Booth H20-129, Hall 20.
