FUJIFILM Business Innovation Malaysia Marks 60 Years of Driving Digital Transformation

FUJIFILM Business Innovation Malaysia is celebrating its 60th anniversary, marking six decades of helping Malaysian businesses improve productivity and embrace digital transformation through innovative technologies and business solutions.

Since establishing its presence in 1966, the company has evolved from a document solutions provider into a digital transformation partner, offering services including managed print, workflow automation, document management, cloud solutions, IT services, cybersecurity, business process outsourcing, and production print technologies.

Malaysia remains a key market within FUJIFILM Business Innovation’s Asia-Pacific network. With around 450 employees nationwide, the company supports customers across industries such as manufacturing, finance, healthcare, education, retail, and the public sector.

President and Representative Director of FUJIFILM Business Innovation Corp, Naoki Hama, said Malaysia has played an important role in the company’s regional growth over the past 60 years. He added that the company’s long-standing local presence, combined with global innovation capabilities, enables it to deliver solutions that meet the evolving needs of Malaysian organizations.

Looking ahead, FUJIFILM Business Innovation Malaysia plans to expand its investments in AI-powered solutions, intelligent automation, large language model (LLM)-based OCR, cybersecurity, managed services, and workflow automation. The company will also strengthen collaborations with ecosystem partners while promoting sustainable technologies and circular economy initiatives.
