vivo Malaysia has officially introduced the new vivo X300 Ultra and vivo X300 FE, expanding its flagship smartphone lineup with a strong focus on professional-grade mobile photography, cinematic video recording, and premium everyday performance.
The vivo X300 Ultra marks the first global launch of the X Series Ultra outside China, while the X300 FE arrives as a compact lightweight flagship designed for users who want powerful imaging and long-lasting battery life in a slimmer form factor.
vivo X300 Ultra Brings Professional Mobile Cinematography
The vivo X300 Ultra is equipped with the ZEISS Master Lenses Collection, featuring 14mm ultra-wide, 35mm documentary, and 85mm telephoto lenses for versatile photography and videography. vivo also introduced the new ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 and Gen 2 Ultra, extending focal lengths up to 400mm equivalent for long-range shooting.
Its 200MP ZEISS APO Telephoto Camera supports up to 60fps AF Tracking and gimbal-level optical image stabilisation, making it ideal for sports, concerts, wildlife, and low-light photography. The smartphone also features advanced ZEISS T* coating and Super Blue Glass technology to reduce flare and ghosting.
For creators, the vivo X300 Ultra supports Multi-Focal 4K 120fps 10-bit Log Video, Dolby Vision recording, and pro-level video tools including LUT preview support, ACES workflow compatibility, and cinematic Film Look presets. vivo also introduced the SmallRig Pro Video Rig Kit for a more professional mobile filmmaking setup.
Under the hood, the device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset alongside vivo’s VS1+ imaging chip. It packs a large 6600mAh battery with 100W wired and 40W wireless FlashCharge support.

Meanwhile, the vivo X300 FE delivers flagship-level imaging and performance in a more compact and lightweight body.
The device features a 50MP ZEISS Super Telephoto Camera, 50MP main camera, and ultra-wide camera, alongside support for the vivo ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 for extended zoom photography.
Designed with concert photography and urban travel in mind, the X300 FE includes Stage Mode, Dual-View Stage Video, Flash Portrait, and Street Photography Mode for capturing dynamic moments in challenging lighting conditions.
It also comes with AI-powered editing features such as AI Magic Move, AI Erase, AI Reflection Erase, and AI Image Expander for easier content creation.
Powering the device is the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor paired with a 6500mAh BlueVolt Battery, supporting 90W FlashCharge and 40W wireless charging. Despite the large battery, the phone maintains a slim 7.99mm profile and weighs just 191g.
