KLIMS 2026 Returns Bigger Than Ever at MITEC, Targets Over 200,000 Visitors
The Kuala Lumpur International Mobility Show (KLIMS) will return for its 11th edition from 12 to 21 June 2026 at the Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC), reinforcing its position as Malaysia’s leading automotive and mobility showcase under the theme “Beyond Mobility”.
Organised by the Malaysian Automotive Association (MAA) and managed by Qube Integrated Malaysia, KLIMS 2026 is expected to attract more than 200,000 visitors over its 10-day run. The event brings together global and local automotive brands, policymakers, industry leaders, and consumers to explore the future of electrification, smart mobility, and sustainable transport.
Strong Industry Momentum Driving Malaysia’s Mobility Future
According to MAA, Malaysia’s automotive industry continues to show strong resilience, with Total Industry Volume reaching 820,752 units in 2025. This steady growth reflects rising adoption of new technologies and continued government support for electrification and sustainable mobility development.
MAA President Mohd Shamsor bin Mohd Zain said the industry is entering a more future-ready phase, driven by innovation, sustainability goals, and stronger ecosystem collaboration. KLIMS 2026 aims to accelerate these conversations and translate them into real industry progress.
A Full Mobility Experience for All Visitors
KLIMS 2026 is designed as an inclusive, experience-driven event catering to enthusiasts, families, and industry professionals alike. Spread across 8 exhibition halls at MITEC, the show will feature new car launches, concept vehicles, and interactive mobility showcases.
For the first time, visitors can experience Urban Play, a hands-on obstacle course testing vehicle control, precision, and performance. The event will also feature lifestyle activities in collaboration with Riuh, including live performances from Malaysian artists, automotive podcasts, hobbyist zones, and creative marketplaces.
Other highlights include DJ playgrounds, modified car battles, race car and flight simulator challenges, RC car tracks, and participation from over 200 car club vehicles. More than 60 test-drive vehicles will also be available throughout the event.
Leading Automotive Brands and Exhibitors
Nearly 30,000 sqm of exhibition space will host major automotive brands including Dongfeng, GWM, Honda, Hyundai, Jetour, Kia, Maxus, Mazda, MG Motor, Nissan, Perodua, Proton, Proton e.MAS, smart, Toyota, Wuling, XPENG, and Zeekr, alongside accessories and mobility service providers.
Supported by National and International Partners
KLIMS 2026 is backed by key industry bodies including MARii and MIDA under MITI, and is recognised under MyCEB’s “Meet in Malaysia” initiative and Tourism Malaysia’s “Visit Malaysia 2026” campaign, further positioning the event as a global mobility exhibition hub.
Qube Integrated Malaysia Executive Chairman Richard Teo said KLIMS continues to evolve beyond a traditional motor show, becoming a platform that connects industry stakeholders, brands, and the public through shared innovation and experiences.
