HUAWEI Unveils WATCH FIT 5 Series, WATCH ULTIMATE DESIGN Spring Edition and FreeClip 2 in Malaysia
Huawei has officially introduced a new lineup of wearable devices in Malaysia under its “Now Is Your Spark” campaign, headlined by the stylish new HUAWEI WATCH FIT 5 Series. Joining the launch are the luxurious HUAWEI WATCH ULTIMATE DESIGN Spring Edition and the refreshed HUAWEI FreeClip 2 in Berry Purple.
The new WATCH FIT 5 Series brings a more premium and refined smartwatch experience with upgraded displays, slimmer bezels, brighter screens, and lightweight designs built for everyday comfort. The standard WATCH FIT 5 features a 1.82-inch display, while the Pro variant upgrades to a larger 1.92-inch panel with up to 3,000 nits brightness for improved outdoor visibility.
Huawei also introduces more premium materials across the lineup, including aerospace-grade titanium alloy bezels, sapphire glass protection, and nanoceramic finishes on selected models. The watches are paired with vibrant straps, including an eco-friendly recycled nylon option with antibacterial and water-repellent properties.
On the health side, the WATCH FIT 5 Pro pushes Huawei’s wellness features further with advanced preventive health tracking. It includes Malaysia’s first diabetes risk study feature on a wearable smartwatch, using non-invasive PPG-based vascular signal analysis to help users better understand potential health trends over time. Additional features include ECG monitoring, pulse wave arrhythmia analysis, arterial stiffness detection, TruSleep 5.0 sleep tracking, HRV analysis, emotional wellbeing tracking, and women’s health management tools.
Fitness capabilities are also expanded with dedicated sports modes for badminton, pickleball, tennis, golf, trail running, cycling, and freediving up to 40 meters. Huawei also adds mini-workout experiences with guided exercises and interactive panda-themed motivation features to encourage healthier daily movement habits.
The WATCH FIT 5 Series supports both iOS and Android devices, offers up to 10 days of battery life, includes 64GB storage, and supports Touch ‘n Go QR payments for added convenience.
The HUAWEI WATCH ULTIMATE DESIGN Spring Edition adds a more luxurious option to Huawei’s wearable portfolio. Designed in collaboration with renowned jewellery designer Francesca Amfitheatrof, the smartwatch features 99 natural diamonds, sapphire glass, and elegant spring-inspired aesthetics that blend fashion with advanced smartwatch functionality.
Meanwhile, the HUAWEI FreeClip 2 arrives in a new Berry Purple colourway, offering lightweight open-ear audio with Huawei’s Airy C-Bridge design for comfortable all-day listening while maintaining environmental awareness.
