Charli xcx Joins Nothing as Global Brand Ambassador and Shareholder
Charli xcx has officially partnered with Nothing as the company’s first-ever Global Brand Ambassador and latest shareholder, marking a new creative direction for the tech brand.
The collaboration brings together one of pop music’s most distinctive artists with a company known for its bold and unconventional approach to consumer technology.
As part of the partnership, Charli xcx joins a growing list of high-profile investors and collaborators connected to Nothing, including The Weeknd, Casey Neistat, and Swedish House Mafia.
Charli xcx shared that she was drawn to Nothing’s focus on creativity, praising both the design and sound quality of the company’s headphones.
Meanwhile, Nothing Co-Founder and CEO Carl Pei said the partnership reflects the company’s goal of bringing more creativity and personality back into the tech industry.
To launch the collaboration, Nothing unveiled a global campaign titled “NOTHING (CHARLI XCX)”, shot in London by Aidan Zamiri, one of Charli’s longtime creative collaborators. The campaign highlights the new Nothing Headphone (a), with Charli wearing the headphones continuously for five days to showcase its impressive 135-hour battery life.
The announcement also comes shortly after Nothing secured US$200 million in Series C funding at a valuation of US$1.3 billion, signalling the company’s ambitions to further blend technology with culture and creative expression.
