Xiaomi 15T Series Arrives in Malaysia With Leica Optics, Flagship Design, and Next-Gen Connectivity
Xiaomi has officially introduced the Xiaomi 15T and Xiaomi 15T Pro in Malaysia, raising the bar for the T Series with advanced optics co-engineered with Leica, cutting-edge performance, and a sleek new design.
Elevated Photography With Leica
The Xiaomi 15T Series features a triple-camera setup developed in collaboration with Leica. The 15T Pro debuts the Leica 5x Pro telephoto camera, offering 5x optical zoom, 10x optical-level zoom, and up to 20x Ultra Zoom, while the standard 15T includes a versatile telephoto option.
Both models use a 50MP Leica Summilux main camera, with the Pro equipped with a Light Fusion 900 sensor for superior low-light performance and a dynamic range of up to 13.5 EV. For creators, Xiaomi’s AISP 2.0 computational photography platform brings refined depth, color accuracy, and lifelike portraits, alongside cinematic 4K HDR10+ video and Pro-level features such as 4K 120fps and 10-bit Log recording on the Pro variant.
Breakthrough Connectivity With Xiaomi Astral Communication
Beyond imaging, the series introduces Xiaomi Astral Communication, including the world debut of Xiaomi Offline Communication. This enables direct voice calls between devices without mobile or Wi-Fi networks—up to 1.9km on the 15T Pro and 1.3km on the 15T. With Surge T1S Tuner and a Super Antenna Array, connectivity remains strong whether streaming, gaming, or navigating.
The smartphones also debut Xiaomi HyperOS 3, delivering faster multitasking, redesigned UI elements, and deeper integration with Xiaomi HyperAI for productivity and device interconnectivity.
Immersive Displays and Slim Design
Both phones sport expansive 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED displays with peak brightness of up to 3200 nits. The 15T Pro pushes boundaries further with 144Hz refresh rate, ultra-slim 1.5mm bezels via LIPO tech, and advanced DC dimming for eye comfort. Meanwhile, the 15T supports 120Hz refresh rate and 3840Hz PWM dimming, reducing flicker for night-time use.
Long-Lasting Power and Cooling
Powering the series is a 5500mAh battery, retaining up to 80% capacity after 1,600 charge cycles. The 15T Pro supports 90W wired HyperCharge and 50W wireless charging, while the 15T offers 67W wired charging. Both run on MediaTek’s flagship chipsets—Dimensity 9400+ (Pro) and Dimensity 8400-Ultra (15T)—backed by Xiaomi’s 3D IceLoop cooling system for sustained performance.
Flagship Design With Durability
The series introduces a refined glass fiber back with flat frames, Corning® Gorilla® Glass 7i for scratch resistance, and IP68 water and dust protection (up to 3 meters depth). The 15T Pro further strengthens its build with 6M13 aluminum alloy framing.
Color options include Mocha Gold, Gray, and Black for the Pro, and Rose Gold, Gray, and Black for the 15T.

The Xiaomi 15T Series is open for pre-order from 25 September – 2 October 2025, with nationwide availability starting 3 October 2025 at Xiaomi stores, mi.com, Shopee, and Lazada.
