Design & Build
In keeping with its gaming heritage, the Neo 3 GT has a futuristic design that includes RGB lighting and pressure-sensitive shoulder triggers on the sides. Because it weighs 209g and is 8.4mm thick, the device is somewhat ergonomic despite its striking appearance, making it comfortable to hold. The plastic body of this device, which comes in Electro Yellow and Interstellar Grey, makes it feel high-end in the palm.

Its strong, gamer-friendly design strikes a mix between practicality, design and beauty with the inclusion of the array of LED lights that can be configured as an alert, notifications, even charging level, adding further to it’s gamer aesthetics.
Display & Audio: Immersive Visuals for Gaming

Your viewing smoothness is improved by the device’s enormous 6.8-inch AMOLED display, which has a resolution of 1080 x 2392 pixels and an incredibly smooth refresh rate of 120 Hz. With a maximum brightness of 1300 nits, it provides rich pictures and visibility even in bright outdoor environments. Deep blacks and brilliant colors are guaranteed with the AMOLED panel, which makes it perfect for gaming and watching movies.

Audio wise, it does sport a dual speaker that can be quite loud, yet flexible with DTS:X Ultra, configurable pre-sets for audio environment and equalizer support, solidifying the user’s audio experience that is capable and almost on par with any gaming phones out there. The only thing missing is the 3.5mm audio jack, but that is to be expected for most modern phones today and can be replaced with TWS earbuds or USB C audio solutions.
Overall this is a big, bright display that doesn’t disappoint in gaming or media viewing.
Performance: Capable for Core Gamers

The Unisoc T9100 chipset (6nm) powers the Neo 3 GT, providing good mid-range performance. Together with 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage and 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM, it also has an under-display fingerprint sensor. Although it cannot match the more expensive flagship processors, it can still provide seamless, fluid gaming, app switching, and multitasking without any problems or lag spikes, and everything has been kept as near to flawless as possible. You will essentially be depending on internal storage and online storage options because there is no extendable storage.

Besides that there is also an improved vapor chamber to ensure the phone runs cool even under intensive gaming sessions with bypass charging and a pair of shoulder trigger that can be easily configured and compatible with many games as it uses overlay to map on your favorite games.

On our side we tested with Genshin Impact and set to the low settings, and the phone is able to hover over 55FPS with quite smooth performance outcome. Generally speaking, MOBA games like Mobile Legends should be able to run it with high framerate and high graphical settings with no issues.

As usual, we will be providing the benchmark results as well, which indicate that is on par with most of the mid tier device in the market today with an on par dependable performance that lasts and thoughtful features that boost immersion and control in gaming.
Cameras: Functional, For the Casual Snappers, Not Flagship

The camera setup is basic but serviceable. It comes with a 50MP main camera + 2MP depth sensor while on the front there is a 16MP selfie shooter.
Photos are decent in good lighting, but the lack of an ultra-wide or telephoto lens limits versatility. The front camera is solid for video calls and casual selfies. However this is to be expected for a budgeted gaming phone. Experience wise, the nubia Neo 3 GT is highly suitable for those who wanted to just take casual photos which still can produce good details during day time but just sub par during night time, but it’s ain’t bad as it still offers pro mode should you wanted to take pictures with manual adjustments. In other words it delivers all the casual needs. One downside is the camera video recording is pretty much limited to 1080P at 30FPS only.
Battery & Charging: Made to Last

With a 6000mAh battery, the Neo 3 GT provides long-lasting power which enough for hours of uninterrupted gaming. When it’s time to recharge, 80W rapid charging gets the phone back in action quickly, reducing downtime while its large capacity supports extended gaming or streaming.
Software & Experience
Running on Android 15 with a bespoke gaming interface, the Neo 3 GT promises a clean and responsive experience. Gamers gain access to performance-tuning tools and a minimalist user interface designed for speed and concentration. The phone’s nearly stock UI makes it simple to find settings and tweaks with a dedicated Game Space app along with full Google Photo support, AI Live Translation and Google Gemini.
Pricing & Availability
At a launch price of RM1199, the Nubia Neo 3 GT offers a compelling mix of gaming features and practical performance. It’s one of the most affordable gaming-centric smartphones currently on the market.
