OPPO has officially launched the envision IF Photography Awards 2023, a mobile photography competition that pushes the bounds of innovation beyond the confines of current pictures and expressions.
One of the Highest Prize in Mobile Photography Awards
“Beyond the Image, Beyond Imagination” is OPPO’s dedication to promoting development via technical innovation and sparking the creativity of consumers globally. OPPO’s professional mobile photography technology is intended to inspire maximum aesthetics and creativity, allowing non-professional users to produce everlasting masterpieces.
The awards give one of the greatest rewards in the industry, demonstrating OPPO’s dedication to inspire mobile photographers. The OPPO imagine IF Master of the Year (Golden Award) comprises a CNY160,000 reward, participation in the Hasselblad Image Training Camp, and worldwide picture exhibition possibilities. There are also four Silver Awards (CNY 60,000) and ten OPPO Bronze Awards (CNY 20,000) as tempting rewards for contestants, as well as possibilities for training and visibility.
There are also four Honourable Mentions in each of the eight categories, as well as Partner Channel Awards and Monthly Activity Awards to include additional inspiring works.
Prestigious Global Judges
OPPO has gathered a top team of judges comprised of world-renowned photographers who offer unique viewpoints and considerable expertise to the competition.
One of the prominent judges is Alec Soth, a member of Magnum Photos and one of the most well-known contemporary photographers. Pete Lau, Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer of OPPO, joins the panel to share his unique insights. Tang Hui, a famous Chinese portrait photographer and Hasselblad Master, will be judging the competition. Tina Signesdottir Hult, an internationally acclaimed art photographer and Hasselblad Master, also joins the discussion. Wang Jianjun, a well-known landscape photographer and member of the Chinese Photographers Association, contributes his knowledge to the competition. Yin Chao, a famous Chinese fashion photographer and Hasselblad ambassador, joins the judging panel.
Categories to Explore Artistic Expressions
The competition includes eight distinct entry categories, including The Distant View, Portrait, Night Scenery, Colours, Landscape, The Taste of Memories, Light & Shadow, and Chapters of a Life, with the goal of sparking creativity among OPPO users worldwide.
