OPPO, the world’s leading smart device brand, today officially launched its OPPO RENO creator contest – the RENOGRAPHERS project – as a platform for aspiring content creators to display their creative skills in a short portrait video format.
This contest aims to find and crown the next “Renographer: Official Creator Partner,” garnering outstanding talents and an exclusive collaboration opportunity with the OPPO Reno7 Series, in order to empower the local creator scene. The contest is open to both OPPO and non-OPPO users and will run until 17 April 2022.
Participants can refer to the demonstration video curated by local YouTuber and content creator, ThreeeProduction. To participate, simply:
- Create a TikTok/Instagram Reels video showing off your Portrait Expert skills on a smartphone. The challenge is to take a portrait in an ordinary setting, such as your office space, balcony, or even just your living room, and turn it into an extraordinary portrait.
- Download the Renographers: “OPPO Portrait Expert Search” watermark and end-frame to add on your video from this link: https://oppomy.com/RenographersPortraitExpertChallenge/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/Renographer-Watermark.png
- Submit the video via your TikTok or Instagram account (users can opt to upload on one or both social media accounts). Tag @oppomalaysia’s TikTok or Instagram account and include the following hashtags: #ThePortraitExpertChallenge #OPPOReno7Series5G
- There is no limitation in uploading the submissions and participants will need to upload their entries by 17 April 2022.

Following submission, the top five videos will be awarded a 6-month “Exclusive Contract” and the title of “Reno Official Creator’s Rising Star.” Aside from that, OPPO will provide fantastic prizes to the top submissions. The following are the awards:
GRAND PRIZE :
- 1st Prize: Partnership rewards of an RM18,000 cash prize, 1x OPPO Reno7, and an MHholidays 4D3N Holiday Package to Langkawi, inclusive of Flight Tickets (Economy Class) & a 5 Star Hotel Accommodation.
- 2nd Prize: Partnership rewards of aRM15,000 cash prize, 1x OPPO Reno7, and an MHholidays 4D3N Holiday Package to Kota Kinabalu, inclusive of Flight Tickets (Economy Class) & a 5 Star Hotel Accommodation.
- 3rd Prize: Partnership rewards of an RM10,000 cash prize, 1x OPPO Reno7, and an MHholidays 4D3N Holiday Package to Kuching, inclusive of Flight Tickets (Economy Class) & a 5 Star Hotel Accommodation
The prizes, however, do not end there! Participants who are particularly creative may also be eligible to win the exciting Ultimate Prize, with two winners in total. Cash, OPPO products, and the title of “Reno Official Creator’s Rising Star” are among the prizes.
