Let the Flip starts
Back two weeks ago, Samsung unveiled 2 models from the Galaxy Z Series. The Z series is known for its different yet innovative way one can utilize the smartphone in the modern world. One of the devices we have on hand now is the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip3 5G.

The Galaxy Z Flip3 5g comes in a slim and tall black color box. Upon unboxing you will get the following as below

No charger or soft case is included in the box, however one can easily obtain a Qualcomm or PD compatible charger that supports 15w and above for optimal fast charging. Although its only 15w charging, but it does charge pretty fast and it should last you the whole working day.
Color Choices
The Z Flip3 5G comes in three colors, Phantom Black, Cream, Green and Lavender. The one that we got for the first impression is the Phantom Black, which is sleek, non fingerprint magnet material all over the sides and back which makes it easy to hold and fold at the same time with good coverage of metal and aluminum.
The Design, Look and Feel
The Galaxy Z Flip3 5G weighs at 183 Grams, which is slightly on par with some of the phone weight, and moreover its compact when folded, it’s speciality is when the flip is closed, it has a 1.9 inch cover display that of course display all the simplified notifications such as calls, messages, weather information and so on. Once unfolded towards the main screen, the Z Flip 3 5G features a 6.7 inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with HDR10+ and 120Hz high refresh rate. Such display configuration ensures all your productivity and leisure use is enjoyable while operating with the phone.
Looking at the back of the phone beside the cover display you will see 2 cameras at 12 Megapixels, with each of them handling Wide mode and Ultrawide lens followed by the camera flash with OIS. Over to the front display side you will spot a 10MP wide angle camera which also features HDR capability.
Performance
Over to the performance side, the Galaxy Z Flip3 5G is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888, with 128 or 256GB of internal storage and 8GB of RAM. Such configuration is on par with most of the flagship smartphones, but definitely optimal especially when it comes to multitasking. The 120Hz display will give you the responsiveness you need. On top of that you will get a pleasant and loud audio experience with its bottom and top firing speaker.
Overall on my few days of impression with the Z Flip3, it is a phone that is suitable for those who wanted a phone with a very compact form factor yet no compromises over the flagship specifications. Price point wise, it is rightly placed with most of the higher end mainstream flagship phones but the Galaxy Z Flip 3 definitely still outstands over its Flip and folding innovations.
