Design

The Samsung Galaxy A12 back is surrounded by the hard plastic build with lined texture, non shiny ones, so its not going to be a fingerprint magnet for those who are worried. On the camera placement portion, it houses the quad camera lenses setup, the bump on the camera is not that big either, which is just nice looking when placed on the flat surface. Over to the front, its a 6.5 inch PLS IPS display with HD+ resolution with an 8MP selfie camera. Although its not AMOLED, but the display is viewable on most daily tasks. The Galaxy A12 comes in 2 colors, Black and Blue.

Display

Streaming test on the video quality wise is good, producing acceptable level of clarity with little saturation, but it is completely bearable. Touchscreen response is fairly normal, nothing much to comment about.

Camera

Camera side, the Galaxy A12 rear camera consist of one 48MP wide lens, one 5MP ultrawide, and one 2MP depth and one 2MP macro lens. Overall quality is surprisingly good with no surprises and a minimal of noise can still be seen over evening shots. Video recording is limited to 30FPS only. The similar quality can be said over the 8MP selfie camera, with the exception that when on day time selfie, it works absolutely the best. Overall quality is expected if considered with its affordable price tag, which is good for social media picture uploads with visible level of quality. Above is some picture samples of macro, normal and evening shots.

Performance

The Samsung Galaxy A12 is powered by the Mediatek Helio P35 Octa Core Processor , 128GB of internal storage and 6GB RAM. Over to WiFi, the Galaxy A12 has WiFi 2.4GHz built-in, which is a bit of a bummer, speed averages around 90 to 110mbps. Overall its excellent so far. Also because of the screen is just HD+, streaming is no issue with close to no buffer at all. Gaming wise, Mobile Legends works well with low performance settings.
