OPPO Malaysia and Tourism Malaysia Team Up to Rediscover Malaysia Through Photography
OPPO Malaysia and Tourism Malaysia have signed a Memorandum of Collaboration (MoC) to continue their “Rediscovering Malaysia Through the Lens” campaign, using smartphone photography to showcase the country’s hidden destinations, cultural heritage and local communities.
The campaign brings together photographers Haziq Zuki, Yusuf Madi and Zairul Puad, who used OPPO Find X Series smartphones to capture lesser-known locations across Malaysia. Highlights include traditional wau-making craftsmen at Wau Sobek Sering in Kelantan and the Milky Way above Pulau Mawar in Mersing, Johor.
Tourism Malaysia presented Certificates of Appreciation to participating creatives during the signing ceremony, recognising their efforts to share Malaysia’s unique stories and attractions with a wider audience.

The collaboration builds on OPPO’s previous #OPPOMalaysiaThroughTheLens campaign in 2024, which highlighted five traditional Malaysian art forms through photography. The latest initiative shifts the focus towards discovering local destinations and experiences through visual storytelling.
Meanwhile, OPPO has teased the upcoming Find X10 Series, which is expected to launch in Malaysia alongside new ColorOS enhancements.

Consumers can preorder the Find X10 Series from 8 to 30 October 2026 and receive six complimentary photography workshops worth RM1,149. The OPPO Studio masterclasses will take place at participating OPPO stores every weekend from 24 October, covering techniques such as lighting, colour, portrait and zoom photography. Workshop places are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Through this partnership, OPPO and Tourism Malaysia aim to inspire more people to explore the country and share its diverse landscapes, traditions and everyday moments with the world.
