The tablet supports coding, software testing, scripting, and AI experimentation while keeping the convenience of a traditional tablet experience.
AI and Development on the Go
HONOR also introduces support for AI agent deployment through OpenClaw within LinuxLab, enabling users to explore AI-powered workflows directly on the tablet.
Developers can access command-line tools and run software including Visual Studio Code, Cursor, and Claude Code, making the device suitable for lightweight development, automation, and project testing.
Productivity and Creative Tools
The MagicPad 4 expands beyond traditional tablet capabilities with:
- Upcoming PC-style WPS Office support for desktop-like productivity
- CapCut Pad for enhanced video editing
- Advanced PC Mode supporting up to 20 simultaneous windows
- Desktop-style file management for multitasking
Portable Design with Cross-Platform Connectivity
Despite its expanded capabilities, the MagicPad 4 remains highly portable at just 4.8mm thin and approximately 852g including accessories.
For Apple users, the tablet supports wireless Mac display extension, seamless file sharing with iPhone, and smoother cross-device workflows.
With its dual-OS concept, AI-ready workflows, and PC-inspired productivity features, the HONOR MagicPad 4 aims to redefine what users can expect from a modern tablet.
