Samsung is committed to creating mobile innovations that not only exceed expectations of what is possible, but also bring those innovations to as many people as possible, so the latest One UI 4.1.1 from the Galaxy Z Fold4 and Galaxy Z Flip4 and One UI Watch4.5 for the Galaxy Watch5 series are being extended to previous generations of Galaxy foldables and smartwatches.
The software updates will begin with the Galaxy Z Fold3 and Galaxy Z Flip3 on September 5 and will be rolled out gradually to countries around the world. One UI 4.1.1 will also be available for the Galaxy Z Fold2, Galaxy Z Flip, and Galaxy Z Fold. The Galaxy Watch4 and Galaxy Watch4 Classic will support One UI Watch4.5. Furthermore, users of the Galaxy Watch3 and Galaxy Watch Active2 will be able to enjoy a software update that includes selected features from the One UI Watch4.5.

Multitasking on the Galaxy Z Fold is easier than ever before, thanks to drag-and-drop support from the Taskbar. Dragging an app to the edge now opens it in split view, while dragging it into the centre opens it in pop-up view, giving you multiple views and easy switching between them.
If you frequently use two or more apps together, you can now add them to the Taskbar, allowing you to access your favourite app pairs all at once.
Thanks to new gestures, multitasking features are also more intuitive and easier to interact with. You can instantly switch full-screen apps to pop-up windows or split your screen in half to manage your tasks with simple swipe gestures.
New Ways to Take Full Photographic Advantage of Galaxy Z Fold’s Two Distinct Sets of Screens

Continuous Software Support for Galaxy Watch3 and Galaxy Watch Active2
In addition, beginning from the end of September, a new software update will enable Galaxy Watch3 and Galaxy Watch Active2 users also to enjoy some of the new features of Galaxy Watch5 series. It includes two new watch faces – Gradient number and Pro analog – to help users express their tastes and styles better, and snore detection to provide more analysis of last night’s sleep quality.
