Hisense has been awarded the CES 2026 Best of Innovation Award, the highest honour at CES, for its groundbreaking X-zone Master Washer Dryer, recognised for its advanced dual-compartment laundry system and heat pump drying technology.
Unveiled at CES 2026, the award-winning X-zone Master attracted strong attention for its modular “Your Laundry, Your Rules” design philosophy, delivering a flexible X-in-One integrated laundry experience. The product combines a 12kg main drum with two independent 1kg mini-drums, each capable of washing and drying separately, allowing users to care for different fabrics and laundry needs simultaneously.

Powered by Hisense’s proprietary heat pump Washer Dryer technology, the X-zone Master enables low-temperature drying at 50°C, ensuring gentle yet effective fabric care while improving energy efficiency. The mini-drums are specially designed for delicate items such as baby clothing and undergarments, and are certified for maternal, infant, and medical-grade hygiene standards.
Designed for modern living, the X-zone Master features a highly adaptable modular structure that supports stacked, standalone, or built-in installations, and can even be expanded into multi-drum configurations to suit different household spaces.
Building on its innovation legacy, Hisense has continuously advanced laundry technology since introducing the world’s first triple-drum washing machine in 2017. The X-zone Master further reinforces this leadership, following its Best Design Award at IFA Berlin 2025, and marking a significant milestone in Hisense’s evolution from design excellence to holistic system innovation.
A senior R&D representative from Hisense Laundry Appliances shared that the brand’s focus lies in system integration rather than feature stacking, balancing cleaning performance, fabric care, energy efficiency, and space optimisation.

Available in over 140 countries, Hisense has also been recognised by Euromonitor International as the fastest-growing brand among the world’s top 10 washing machine manufacturers from 2021 to 2025. As an official sponsor of the FIFA World Cup 2026, Hisense continues to align technological innovation with everyday lifestyle needs, including specialised laundry care for sportswear and daily essentials.
From earning a CES Innovation Award in 2025 to securing the Best of Innovation Award in 2026, Hisense Laundry Appliances continues to redefine premium laundry experiences through user-centric design and cutting-edge technology.
