Bhd., the Manager of Hektar Real Estate Investment Trust (Hektar REIT), proudly celebrates the stellar 2024 SPM performance of Kolej Yayasan Saad (KYS) Melaka — its flagship education asset. Ranked 9th nationally, KYS continues to affirm its status among Malaysia’s top academic institutions.
Half of KYS’s students achieved straight As, a testament to the school’s consistent academic excellence and its commitment to nurturing all-rounded leaders. This performance also underlines the long-term resilience and strategic value of Hektar REIT’s expansion into the education real estate sector, with KYS being its first education-focused property.
Adding to the achievement, 50% of KYS’s previous-year SPM graduates secured full scholarships, with 60% attending local universities and 40% admitted to institutions abroad, further reinforcing the school’s track record in developing future changemakers.
