Samsung Electronics has been named the best global brand in YouGov’s Best Global Brands 2025 rankings, securing the top spot for the second year in a row.
The company first reached the No. 1 position in 2022, following a steady rise in YouGov’s yearly rankings. Since 2017, when Samsung ranked fourth, it has consistently placed among the top 4 brands globally, achieving second place in 2021 before claiming the top position. Notably, Samsung remains one of only two Asian brands in this year’s top 10 global brands list.
Samsung’s Global Recognition and Brand Strength
YouGov’s Best Global Brands 2025 rankings are based on over 1 million consumer surveys conducted across 28 markets worldwide. The rankings evaluate thousands of brands based on six key attributes:
