Tex Cycle Technology (M) Berhad (“Tex Cycle” or “the Group”), a leading provider of waste management and recycling solutions, has announced a new License Manufacture and Distribution Agreement. This agreement, formed with Ground Control Sdn. Bhd. (“Ground Control”), a subsidiary of the Group, BiobiN Technologies Pty Ltd, and Peats Group Limited (“Peats Group”), aims to introduce the innovative BiobiN® waste management system in Malaysia.

Peats Group, a pioneer in the recycling and marketing of organic resources, has over 50 years of experience in the industry. They are known for transforming green organics into high-quality compost, soil, and mulch products, utilizing cutting-edge technologies like the BiobiN® system. The BiobiN® system is a mobile solution designed for on-site composting, effectively managing organic and wet waste while reducing odors and environmental impact.

This versatile system is applicable across various sectors, including food services and meat processing facilities. It helps reduce landfill waste, lowers waste collection costs, and cuts greenhouse gas emissions, aligning with global environmental standards.

Under this agreement, Ground Control will manufacture and distribute BiobiN® systems in Malaysia, enhancing waste management practices with a focus on sustainability. This initiative is expected to significantly impact the market, offering efficient solutions that meet global environmental benchmarks.
