LG Electronics has unveiled the LG CLOi ServeBot (model LDLIM31), an autonomous service robot designed to enhance delivery services in hospitality and healthcare. The CLOi ServeBot features a four-door design with ample storage, capable of performing repetitive delivery tasks to ease the workload of busy staff.

- Independent Suspension: Six wheels with independent suspension ensure stable transportation over uneven surfaces, minimizing spillage.
- Elevator Usage: Capable of using elevators to move between floors in indoor environments.
- Automatic Doors: Doors can open and close automatically, with camera sensors detecting when items are removed.
- 10.1-inch Display: Front-facing display for mobile advertising, with content managed via LG CLOi Station or CMS mobile app.
- Voice Guidance: Escorts customers and provides voice guidance for visually impaired users.
- Real-Time Monitoring: Users can monitor the robot’s status and manage tasks through the LG CLOi Station.
