Zephyrus G16: Entering the AI Computing Era
ROG is pushing the boundaries of computing with the new Zephyrus G16, now equipped with the AMD Ryzen 9 AI HX 370 processor. This processor boasts 12 cores, 24 threads, and an AMD Ryzen AI XDNA 2 NPU capable of 50 TOPS AI performance. Alongside 31 TOPS from the CPU and integrated Radeon™ 800M graphics, the Zephyrus G16 is primed for AI-enabled applications, including powerful Windows Copilot tools.
The 2024 Zephyrus G16 also features up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX™ 4070 Laptop GPU, capable of up to 321 TOPS AI performance at its maximum TGP of 105 watts. This configuration excels in tasks such as photo and video editing, image generation, and coding. For gaming enthusiasts, features like DLSS 3 super resolution use AI to enhance frame rates and image quality in the latest titles. This powerful hardware is complemented by ROG Intelligent Cooling, which includes liquid metal on the CPU and a new fiber-and-mesh heat-pipe system with a tri-fan design featuring second-generation Arc Flow Fans™.
The Zephyrus G16 retains its acclaimed thin-and-light design showcased at CES 2024. It features a CNC-milled aluminum chassis with a customizable Slash Lighting array on the lid. The ROG Nebula display includes an OLED panel supporting NVIDIA G-SYNC®, with a 16:10 aspect ratio, 2.5K resolution, and a 240 Hz refresh rate, making it perfect for both gaming and content creation.
Inside, the G16 comes with 32 GB of LPDDR5X-7500 memory and supports the new SD Express 7.0 standard for ultrafast SD card performance. Additionally, it is the first ROG laptop to support WiFi 7, offering higher speeds with less congestion when paired with a compatible router.
Introducing the 14-Inch TUF Gaming A14
For the first time, ASUS offers a 14-inch form factor in the TUF Gaming lineup. Designed to be ultraportable and powerful, the new TUF Gaming A14 weighs only 1.46 kg and measures 1.69 cm thick. Despite its compact dimensions, the A14 supports up to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX™ 4060 Laptop GPU with a 100 W maximum TGP, delivering exceptional gaming performance.
The TUF Gaming A14 includes dual-channel LPDDR5 memory and two M.2 2280 SSD slots, allowing users to expand storage or upgrade for more capacity. USB power delivery adds to its portability, ensuring easy on-the-go charging with wide device compatibility through USB-C®.
