TGV Cinemas celebrates the opening of their newest site, TGV Pavilion Bukit Jalil, with an innovative, vibrant, and engaging ambiance to improve the movie-going experience. Every hall, with a total of 1,555 seats, is equipped with 100% digital screen projection, luxurious reclining chairs, and sufficient legroom for maximum comfort. TGV Cinemas has teamed with Mattel South Asia to present the largest “City of Play” at TGV Pavilion Bukit Jalil, covering 2,041 square feet. The new TGV station is also the first in Malaysia to incorporate IMAX with Laser Systems and 12-Channel Sound Technology, which provides moviegoers with a completely immersive and multidimensional realistic sound with brighter, more lifelike visuals with deeper color contrasts.
TGV Pavilion Bukit Jalil has a unique multimodal audiovisual lobby, equipped with a spectacular floor-to-ceiling LED screen showcasing dynamic, movie-related material. Moviegoers may unwind and socialize in specially created movie-themed relaxation zones while using the complementary high-speed Wi-Fi offered throughout the cinema. The new TGV facility also features three Indulge halls designed specifically for a premium movie-going experience, as well as two Beanie halls where moviegoers can enjoy movies on beanbag pods.
Tan Lay Han, the CEO of TGV Cinemas, said “TGV Cinemas is committed to continuously pushing the boundaries of cinematic innovation and delivering unparalleled movie-going experiences. Our goal is to make our cinemas a place where you want to bring your friends, family, and loved ones to spend time with. We warmly invite everyone to be a part of this celebration and experience our new halls firsthand.”
