Forbes performed a comprehensive survey of over 170,000 employees from 50 nations, including the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, China, India, Vietnam, and Korea, in partnership with Statista. They were also questioned if they would recommend their employer to others and what they thought of other firms in their field.
Forbes developed a list of the 700 firms with the greatest total scores by combining these replies, with Samsung Electronics obtaining the coveted #1 place. This honour demonstrates Samsung’s commitment to establishing a workplace that promotes innovation, cooperation, and employee pleasure.
