CelcomDigi Berhad has mobilized its 3,800-strong team of dedicated CelcomDigi employees (CDzens) countrywide for its maiden Customer Engagement Day (CED) in the aftermath of its recent corporate brand launch. CDzens went to the streets in key market centres across Malaysia to meet and engage with customers and Malaysians in general, introducing the company’s new brand identity and promoting CelcomDigi 5G device plans and home fibre packages.
CelcomDigi’s first CED focused on the three basic ideas that drive the company’s brand philosophy of “Creating a world inspired by you,” namely dynamism, customer passion, and quality. The day provides an opportunity for CDzens to actively contact with customers in a meaningful way, gathering honest feedback on their CelcomDigi experience and expectations.
CelcomDigi’s Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Idham Nawawi, stated that the company’s ongoing commitment to becoming a brand that consumers can trust and rely on in this age of ‘digital-everything’ is symbolized by the first CelcomDigi CED.
Since the merger in December 2022, CelcomDigi has strived to ensure that our customers are not impacted by the merger activities by integrating our sales and retail operations, and cross serving both Celcom and Digi customers right from the beginning. Now, with the launch of our new corporate brand, we further strengthen this commitment by continuously looking for innovative ways to engage customers and enhance the way we serve them, ensuring our new brand is relatable to more Malaysians.
“What better way for us to ‘walk the talk’ and live the principle of having passion for customers by hitting the ground and engaging with them, getting to know their needs and pain points as a way to improve and deliver better customer experiences,” said Datuk Idham who also took part in the event together with other members of CelcomDigi Management team.
CelcomDigi also presented new product discounts, such as value-for-money 5G device plans and residential fibre solutions, as part of its Customer Engagement Day, in addition to other enjoyable interactions with consumers.
