The new and enhanced BigPay app layout offers consumers a more seamless experience with a completely redesigned Home Screen, Spending Analytics and Transaction History, and Explore, Rewards, and Account pages. This app update supports BigPay’s mission of empowering its customers in their financial journey by providing a more smooth, safe, and easy app experience.
Furthermore, it is part of BigPay’s goals to deliver a full suite of financial services on the new interface, including features such as savings, wealth, and investments. Users can view their latest transaction records as well as card and Stashes balances at a glance on the revamped home screen.
For simplicity of access and usage, the Home Screen includes fast connections to crucial functions such as the DuitNow QR scanner for rapid payments and international transfers. The redesign also includes a new floating navigation bar that allows users to see and access material below the fold, contributing to a more seamless user experience.

The app now contains a more extensive analytics and transactions history page, where users can access information such as their total account balance, outstanding loan repayments, and a summary of monthly spending based on categories, in addition to more accessible access to features. BigPay’s Explore, Rewards, and Account pages have also been modified to fit the company’s new corporate identity.
The new Explore Page provides a simpler, more natural grouping of features and services, and the Rewards page makes it easy to find cashback balances, airasia rewards points, special discounts, and user referrals.
BigPay recently announced the launch of its DuitNow cross-border QR payment service for Malaysians travelling Singapore, Thailand, and Indonesia. BigPay will soon be included on the AirAsia SuperApp after launching a year-long 5% discount on flights as part of its stronger relationship with AirAsia.
