Huawei is back again with another phone that is quite well known within the mid tier range in terms of performance and pricing, this time we get to unbox the HUAWEI NOVA 11 Pro along with our first impression with it.
Unboxing Contents
Below is the content when we unbox it.
- The Phone itself
- SIM Ejector
- Translucent Case
- 100w Fast Charger
- USB A to C Cable
- User Manual/QSG/Warranty Statement
Since this phone does not come with a 3.5mm headphone jack, your next best choice will be using a Bluetooth TWS or USB C headphones, which able to output just fine. Huawei actually is still in the generous way of still providing a power adaptor since some of the mid range device we review has started the trend of taking away from it.
Color Choices, Design, Look and Feel
This time around, the Huawei Nova 11 Pro comes in 2 colours, in green or black. Both of the colours are bringing striking and bold design that is made of vegan leather, that Huawei calls it nova Monogram Vegan Leather Design, the hero color is the green one while the black color symbolizes a generic sleek looking color which makes it suitably elegant yet presentable anywhere. Touching the back of the phone gave a luxurious feel made of soft texture, followed by the subtle identification of the nova logo at the back.
Display & Camera
With the combination of the design, HUAWEI decided to put in the toughest in can get, the Kunlun Glass on a 6.78inch OLED FHD+ display that gives you a fast refresh rate along with a sensitive touch sampling rate that is able to keep up with the smooth scrolling and touches over any daily operational use with PWM dimming.
Now towards the camera, Huawei took the approach of almost as equal powerful set of camera, this time there is a 50MP Camera and 8MP Ultra Wide Macro Camera on the rear, with a fresh adoption of the Super Star Orbit Ring, representing planet-like positioning. While the rear camera is able to capture high resolution photos, the same can be done with the front 60MP autofocus lens that is accompanied with a separated 8MP portrait lens which can zoom up to 5x, this means group selfie is possible.
Performance & Impressions
Hardware wise, the HUAWEI nova 11 Pro is powered by the power efficient Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 778 4G, with up to 256GB UFS internal storage and 8GB of LPDDR4 RAM, which gave the balance of performance and good power conversation combination that will keep the device going for the whole day. The 120Hz display will give you the responsiveness you need. On top of that you will get a pleasant and loud audio experience with its top & bottom firing speaker.
Towards our initial impression, this phone is a candidate for those seeking for a slim and tough combo in a device, but still be able to keep the up to date fashionable design that is able to run what everyone most wanted, a good set of camera without compromising performance altogether.
