Samsung announced that it garnered a total of 80 awards at the renowned International Forum (iF) Design honours 2023. A Gold Award was given to Samsung for its Bespoke Infinite Line refrigerator and kitchen equipment.

The iF Design Award, founded in 1953 as Die Gute Industrieform e.V., conducts comprehensive evaluations of factors such as differentiation and impact across nine categories: product, packaging, communication, professional concept, interior architecture, architecture, service design, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI).

The Gold Award recognises design that provides customised experiences for various lifestyles.

The Bespoke Infinite Line is a premium built-in look refrigerator available in fridge, freezer or wine cellar types, with a timelessly modern modular design that merges perfectly into any home. The Bespoke Infinite Line delivers enduring value to consumers’ kitchens with clean lines, high-quality natural materials, and features that maximise convenience and simplify food storage.

The outside of the refrigerator is composed of superior aluminum, which is dent- and scratch-resistant and readily wipes away markings and stains. With its Black Metal Cooling and Tunnel Lighting, the inside is bright and sophisticated, exemplifying the refrigerator’s perfect balance of form and function.

Samsung Space Tycoon, a virtual space and management simulation game on the Roblox metaverse platform where users can create and play games and share experiences using Samsung products, and its accessibility-enhanced TV UX, which includes an avatar-based Sign Language Guide that provides explanations of TV menus in sign language, were also recognised for design excellence.
