Roborock, a manufacturer of highly intelligent household robots designed to make life easier, today introduces the Roborock S8 Series in Malaysia. The business took advantage of the forthcoming Raya holiday to introduce a new product line that it hopes would help it compete better in the market.

“When Roborock first launched in Malaysia in 2019, our goal was to provide a convenient solution for those who spend a lot of time at home and need a product that helps them free up their hands and reduce the amount of cleaning they have to do,” said Mr. Elvis Wang, Overseas Sales Director of Roborock.

“We expect the industry to continue to flourish in the coming years, driven by increasing urbanization, rising disposable incomes, and the growing trend toward smart homes. As a brand that offers affordable luxury vacuum cleaner products, we will continue to consider our price points, promote consumer awareness, and provide customer service that is more than satisfactory. With the introduction of the S8 series, which is another truly revolutionary product from Roborock, it will undoubtedly offer even more functionality and capabilities. I have no qualms that we can offer a product that can compete with other international brands,” added Mr. Elvis Wang.

Roborock, which has been operating in Malaysia for nearly five years, has established itself as a market leader in the field of AI-driven robot vacuum cleaners. Due to its superb performance and usefulness, it is one of the best-selling goods in Malaysia.

“We are confident about our market growth in Malaysia because we know the demand for our products. We are grateful to our partners Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok as they are key e-commerce platforms that have enabled us to grow our sales exponentially. This year, we plan to open our own retail store to provide customers with a more complete shopping experience. We look forward to expanding our key business strategies to tap into the Malaysian market,” said Ms. Joan Hu, Asia-Pacific Director of Roborock.

Roborock has established a reputation as an inventive robot vacuum cleaner that receives excellent marks from customers all around the world. The fact that the brand is backed by a robust research and development department is a crucial factor in making it competitive and stand out in the market.

Datuk Wira Lee Chong Wei and Tan Boon Heong, two prominent national sportsmen, served as special guests at the 2021 product introduction, which was broadcast live online. This time, Roborock worked with Malaysian star Daphne Iking, who shared her experience with the product as someone who manages a household with kids and wants her home tidy after being away at work and has an active family who wants to make cleaning simpler.

The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra, the Roborock S8+, and the Roborock S8 are the three versions in the line that are offered. The top-of-the-line S8 Pro Ultra edition comes equipped with the new RockDock Ultra system, which offers self-cleaning, automated mop cleaning, and dust emptying and replenishing. Mold and smells on the mop cushion and wharf are also avoided by warm air drying.

The Roborock S8 series will be available at AiHome stores in IOI City Mall, One Utama, Mid Valley Megamall, Setapak Central Mall, Sunway Velocity, and iGadgets Pavilion Bukit Jalil, as well as on Shopee and Lazada starting March 2023.
