Ear (2), a pair of true wireless earphones from Nothing, celebrates the company’s signature translucent design with superior engineering and cutting-edge customization for the best audio experience.
With its Hi-Res Audio accreditation and LHDC 5.0 technology, Ear (2) offers a genuine audio experience. By passing a hearing exam through the Nothing X app, users can also build their own Personal Sound Profile. For the best possible sound clarity, Ear (2) will then instantly change the equalizer settings as necessary. The earphones’ 11.6 mm custom driver produces deep, strong bass and clear highs, and a new dual-chamber construction improves the sound clarity overall by allowing for smoother airflow. Additionally, Ear (2) has a Dual Connection for simple device swapping, upgraded wind- and crowd-proof Clear Voice Technology, and Personalised Active Noise Cancellation that conforms to each user’s individual ear canal shape.

Truly Authentic Sound
For an aural experience that takes you into the recording studio, Ear (2) is Hi-Res Audio approved. By sending frequencies up to 24 bit/192 kHz at rates up to 1 Mbps, LHDC 5.0 codec technology guarantees that even the tiniest sound details are transmitted to an industry-leading standard.
Ear (2) offers improved sound performance thanks to its 11.6 mm dynamic driver and bespoke diaphragm. The newly developed polyurethane and graphene substance combo produces even richer high harmonics and deeper, softer bass. Additionally, the innovative dual-chamber construction expands the volume for a smoother airflow and even crisper sound.
Re-engineered Brilliance
When compared to Nothing’s original aural offering, Ear (2) is a significant improvement. It gives users a more customized and smooth hearing experience that meets their daily requirements. Included are Dual Connection, Personal Sound Profile, and the most recent iterations of Active Noise Cancellation and Clear Voice Technology.
Performance
After a complete charge of the charging case, Ear (2) can offer up to 36 hours of audio playing. (with ANC turned off). Up to 8 hours can be obtained from a 10-minute rapid charge. Additionally, Ear (2) enables backward charging for compatible devices like the Nothing Phone and wireless charging up to 2.5W. (1).
The earbuds in Ear (2) have an IP54 rating for water proof, making them durable for daily use. For added security, the charging container has an IP55 rating.
Ear (2) has press controls for a more accurate and pleasant user experience, preventing any inadvertent touches and the pain of pressing into the ear canal. With a single press, users can swap songs, change noise cancellation settings, and change the level. The Nothing X app, which is a one-stop store for everything Ear (2) and can be downloaded from the Google Play Store and the App Store, allows the settings to be customized for individual requirements.
