In China, realme officially introduced its all-new flagship, the realme GT Neo5. The realme GT Neo5, the company’s first masterpiece this year, will be the world’s first smartphone device to mass produce 240W, the industry’s maximum charging power.
Madhav Sheth, realme VP and President of realme International Business Group, also announced that 240W fast charging will be offered in the worldwide market shortly, with realme’s next flagship for the global market – realme GT3 – including Malaysia.

With fast charging as one of its core product highlights, the realme GT Neo5 pushes charging power to the limit with the world’s fastest 240W fast charging – delivering the quickest charging power under USB Type-C standard. With a charge capacity ten times quicker than eight years ago, the realme GT Neo5 allows for 30 seconds of charging for two hours of continuous phone conversations.
The realme GT Neo5 is powered by a 4600mAh 10C ultra-thin electrode battery. It is also the first smartphone with charging capability of 200W or more to be approved by TÜV Rheinland for battery endurance. It provides more over 80% battery capacity after a 1600 charging cycle, which is double the industry norm. The accreditation also includes over 60 levels of safety protection to ensure a safe and healthy charging system.
Improved Interface Design with a Cutting-Edge RGB Lighting System
On the aesthetic aspect, the realme GT Neo5 sticks out with a striking transparent RGB pulse lighting interface on the rear. With ground-breaking innovation in colour, material, and workmanship, realme can bring the renowned transparent RGB design from the gaming industry to the smartphone arena. Performance may now be seen. Through the glass window, customers can see a metal plate for the chipset with a personalised branding design, a section of the mainboard, and a C-shaped RBG lighting ring.
Aside from the lighting system, the realme GT Neo5 uses a self-developed coating method to blend matte and glossy textures – two entirely distinct surfaces on one case. It also combines transparent glass, black coating on a glossy surface, AG matte finish, and a mirror-like texture on one phone, resulting in a unique visual aesthetic and an amazing grasp experience.
