Sony Interactive Entertainment announced that PlayStation would launch “The Year of Play” campaign to commemorate the arrival of the Year of the Rabbit. The campaign will feature the “Purchase PlayStation®5 Now for More Reward” event as well as the “Good Wish Hunting” event.
The “Purchase PS5 Now for More Reward” event will take place from January 10th to February 28th, 2023. Customers who purchase a PS5 or PS5 Digital Edition during this period will be entered to win over MYR 180,000 in prizes.
From January 22nd through February 5th, 2023, the “Good Wish Hunting” event will be place on PlayStation Store (PS Store) for PS5 and PlayStation®4. The first 100 players who successfully complete the challenge by downloading all five Good Wish satchels will get a MYR 100 PS Store Gift Card. The top ten players with the most cumulative expenditure can even win the Grand Prize – an ultimate All-in-one package that includes a Sony 43″ BRAVIA Smart TV and PlayStation accessories. Additionally, from the 18th of January to the 5th of February, there will be LNY sales deals for the purchase of PS5 peripherals (Pulse 3D Headset – RM399, Media Remote – RM119, and HD Camera – RM249), as well as selected PS5 and PS4 titles.
