In light of the football craze surrounding the Qatar World Cup, World Vision Malaysia and vivo, the official sponsor for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™, are working together to organise the “Give It a Shot Challenge” in order to aid underprivileged children in Malaysia. In order to participate in the campaign, Malaysians are encouraged to film themselves kicking a football and post the video on social media. A RM1 donation will be made to World Vision Malaysia for each video that is uploaded.

World Vision Malaysia, a nonprofit organisation focused on helping children, was founded in 1997 and is committed to addressing issues of injustice and poverty. The organization’s main initiatives include advocacy, emergency response, and community development.

Venus has always been supportive of public welfare programmes, particularly those aimed at young, who are the future of mankind. Vivo aspires to be a channel of support for creating a better future for Malaysian children through its collaboration with World Vision Malaysia.

To participate, just follow these three simple steps:

Step 1: Record a video of you kicking a ball.

Step 2: Upload the video to any social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) with hashtag #vivogiveitashotchallenge and #vivoMYxFIFA. Ensure the account is set ‘open to public’.

Step 3: Tag 2 of your friends in the caption to join the good cause.
