• New Environments, Bosses, Powers and Characters, Including New Simulacrum Lin, all Coming to the Hit Free-to-Play Open-World MMORPG

Level Infinite and Hotta Studio have released some of the first details about the 2.1 update’s major upgrades and intriguing new content. Which includes the Comfounding Labyrinth of Tower of Fantasy.

Confounding Labyrinth 2.1, launched on 22 November, brought a brand-new map Confounding Abyss filled with terrifying enemies, exciting challenges, and the powerful Lin, the new simulacrum. Players will explore the remains of the Third City as they enter the Confounding Abyss, which is located immediately under Mirroria and is loaded with different terrain and endless challenges.

As players progress deeper into the environment, they will encounter dangerous lifeforms. These new and formidable foes have transformed as a result of the Confounding Abyss, presenting totally new challenges. If players survive in Tower of Fantasy, special exploration rewards await.

Lin, the newest simulacrum character, is also included in the update. She is the sole daughter of Mirroria’s creator and was raised to be his successor. Even though she has not been officially appointed, the people of Mirroria have already recognised Lin as their leader. Lin exudes power as a result of intensive combat training from a young age and enjoys fighting on the frontlines with spectacular results. Lin’s ability to change her appearance is the key to her power. In Tower of Fantasy, each simulacrum has one element, such as Ruby as flame and Saki Fuwa as frost.

The player strategy is determined by the division of these elements. Lin’s unique alteration ability overcomes this limitation, allowing her to utilise any elements and serve as a construction weapon for any element genre. Lin Simulacrum was introduced to the public in a trailer released yesterday.

Confounding Abyss’s underworld was briefly seen in the recently released Confounding Labyrinth trailer. More information about the many types of terrain and the magnificent scenery, which includes the remnants of an unidentified civilisation, has recently come to light. The update also included 48-player battle royale game Break From Destiny, new challenges, and new bosses.

While navigating the Confounding Labyrinth, players will come across a variety of unusual topographical characteristics and fresh locations, such as:

Prism Pillar: The Abyss is full of perilous obstacles concealed beneath the infinite corridors of the ruins left behind by an unknown civilisation. The remnants of the past and the secrets that lay within can only be faintly seen by the flickering light.

Deepsoul Industrial Zone: This Industrial Area around the Scientific Research Center is covered in karst caves, and its humid and warm environment is a paradise for the growth of strange fungi.

Players will run into a range of various deadly lifeforms as they go deeper and deeper into the Confounding Abyss. Due to the Confounding Abyss’s effects on some creatures, these formidable foes will present totally new difficulties. One terrifying example is a part of Crystal Hoof, whose hard, rock-like form was created after Culton’s body was united with a mysterious crystal.
