The A17 features OPPO’s Ultra-Slim Retro Design, which includes a flat-edged middle frame and smoothed edges, giving the phone a sleek, premium, and trendy look. The A17 is easier to hold and operate in any situation, weighing approximately 189g and having a thickness of approximately 8.29mm.
The OPPO A17 is available in two colours: Lake Blue and Midnight Black, both of which provide a modern and premium look. The back cover is made with a composite processing technique, giving the phone a genuine leather look and feel. The inner texture is embossed with light leather grain, and the outer layer is protected by a UV coating, making the phone not only comfortable to hold but also dust-resistant and long-lasting.

For those who enjoy capturing special moments on camera, the OPPO A17 features a 50MP main camera and a 5MP front camera.
The A17 is packed with impressive imaging features thanks to advanced hardware. These include 360° Fill Light, Portrait Retouching, HDR, and other features that allow users to capture clear selfies in dimly lit or backlit environments, as well as enhanced skin textures for more authentic and natural photos.
Long-lasting battery
The OPPO A17 comes with a large 5,000mAh battery that can last for 20 hours of phone calls or 20 hours of average YouTube viewing time on a full charge.
When the battery level drops to 10%, the OPPO A17’s Super Power Saving Mode kicks in to help maximise every last bit of battery for those who use their phone for long periods of time but have no way to charge it during the day. It also has Super Nighttime Standby, which uses AI to learn about users’ sleep patterns and reduce power consumption, controlling battery use to within 2-3% of total capacity in a single night.
All-round performance with RAM Expansion
The OPPO A17 is powered by a MediaTek Helio G35 Mobile Platform and has a CPU speed of up to 2.3 GHz. The phone’s RAM capacity can be expanded by borrowing up to 4GB of unused ROM using OPPO’s RAM Expansion technology, allowing the device to run multiple memory-heavy apps with less lag.
The OPPO A17 is built to last. Each OPPO A17 phone is subjected to more than 130 ultra-rigorous reliability tests and 320 comprehensive quality tests to ensure its resistance to splashes, high temperatures, high humidity, micro-drops, scratches, and other common wear and tear.
