AMD today announced the launch of the Server Platform Solutions Engineering (SPSE) facility in Malaysia (SPSE-MY). As AMD continues to make great strides in the Data Center and Embedded Solutions space, the launch of the SPSE-MY facility highlights the company’s dedication to helping to solve some of the world’s toughest challenges with industry-leading technologies. The new engineering facility in Malaysia is critical to driving next-generation capabilities for a growing customer and partner base for the company’s EPYC™ family of server processors.

Located in Penang, the new AMD SPSE Malaysia site will be capable of delivering end-to-end engineering solutions. The team will be tightly focused on design, validation, characterization and customer-enablement across AMD’s portfolio of high-performance EPYC server processors.
The AMD SPSE Malaysia facility will also work closely with customers and partners to provide both short term and long-term solutions. By leveraging complementary strengths and areas of expertise, AMD will collaboratively find creative and effective solutions to deliver next-generation end-user experiences.
